Privacy Policy

Mint is software for insurance agencies, made by bemint.ai in El Paso, Texas. In this policy, “Mint”, “we” and “us” mean bemint.ai.

This policy covers this website (bemint.ai), its forms and the digital business cards of our team. Agencies that use the Mint app also have a customer agreement that governs the data they keep in Mint.

When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type into it:

• Early access and demo requests: your name, email, phone, agency, state, team size, current system, what you are interested in, and the next step you chose.
• Contact form: your name, email, company, phone if you give it, the kind of request, and your message.
• The language you were browsing in and how you reached the form (for example, a QR code at an event).

We use it to reply to you, schedule demos and run the early access program.

• Your language and color theme choices, stored in a cookie and in your browser so the site remembers them on your next visit.
• Technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, used briefly to protect our forms from abuse.
• On our team’s digital business cards, we count actions like views and “Save contact”. We do not store who you are.

• This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
• Our fonts and videos are served from our own domain.
• We do not sell the personal information you give us.

We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• DigitalOcean, which hosts the Mint app, its database and its file storage.
• Resend, which delivers the emails we send.

Agencies use Mint to manage their clients, policies and payments. That data belongs to the agency; Mint processes it to provide the service.

• Each agency’s data is kept separate from every other agency’s.
• Access inside an agency follows the roles its owner sets, checked by our servers.
• Mint never stores a card number or a security code in its database.
• When an agency uses Mint AI, the question and the records needed to answer it are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) to write the answer.

We keep form submissions while we are in contact with you and for as long as needed to run the early access program.

This site and Mint are made for businesses. They are not directed to children.
